Study, Play, Teach, Repeat...

When I was in school, I never imagined myself teaching. In fact, I became a Performance Major specifically because I had no interest in teaching. But then, a funny thing happened: I was lucky enough to study with fantastic teachers. I remember being truely inspired by my teachers - especially by Joe Allard - and leaving lessons barely able to think of anything but, "How can I make sure I NEVER FORGET WHAT HE JUST SAID?!". Having great teachers changed my life. They allowed me to do what I've done, see what I've seen, be where I've been. They've given me the source of the stories I share with my own students. And so...I want to pass that on.
